Ingredients of Jowar Vegetable Chilla
- 1/2 Jowar flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
How to Make Jowar Vegetable Chilla
In a bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, chopped ginger, chopped onion and tomato.
Next add masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, salt and coriander powder. Add water and mix them well.
Make sure the consistency is not too thin.
Then heat a pan and add some oil, spread the prepared mixture from the top and cook till golden brown.
Once done serve with some chutney and enjoy!
