Rajma Raita Recipe

Also called dahi rajma, it is a dish that mixes boiled rajma with dahi and some other spices. Sounds interesting, right? Read the recipe below.

Ingredients of Rajma Raita

  • 1/2 Cup Rajma (soaked overnight)
  • 1 Bowl Dahi
  • Black salt to taste
  • Honey, as per taste
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • To Garnish Coriander Leaves
  • How to Make Rajma Raita

    Boil rajma, strain and keep aside.

    In a bowl, add dahi, salt and honey and mix until it creamy.

    Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and mix.

    Add boiled rajma and coriander leaves and mix.
